And for something completely different....

After yesterday's rather personal and political post, something shorter, and more concrete: I have happy feet, and I heart Peripatetic Polar Bear, without whose excellent post on socks is the reason I ordered a small boxful of socks (smartwool and otherwise) from Sierra Trading Post. And I've had a wonderful day in my red smartwool socks with the snowflake design, and my clark waterproof slides that are ever so comfy, and a nice new llbean sweater from my mother. Happy feet make a happy Susan. And on that note, I'm off to make hot cocoa for me and Politica, and then, to an early bed.
